My Fellow Conservatives,
The current fight on Capital Hill to defund
Obamacare,while keeping the government
operating for a few short months, has taken
center stage as the key sticking point
between Conservatives and Liberals in this
Conservatives in both houses of Congress,
demand that our government live within its
budget, and start passing legislation that
holds government accountable to the
people of this nation, as the Founding
Liberals, on the other hand, feel that bigger
Government is the only answer to save
America. In essence the Liberals are telling
all of us, that we are too stupid to make our
own decisions, and require government to
do it for us.
Speaking for "The Conservative Corner", I
reject the idea that "bigger government is
the correct answer for America, without
apology, to anyone.
Further, I along with many other fellow
Conservatives, demand that our
government stop out of control spending,
that is heading America to bankruptcy.
Obamacare will bankrupt America. Why
you ask? Simple. You can not throw 30+
million uninsured people into the system
without significantly increasing individual
healthcare premiums, for middle class
families, already financially strapped. They
simply can not absorb anymore debt.
Do you really think pharmaceutical
companies are willing to take less profit for
their products just so uninsured Americans
can have health care? Do you really think
hospitals will charge less for their services,
just to ensure that uninsured Americans get
coverage? Finally, do you really think that
Doctors and other healthcare professionals
will accept less for the services they provide
to their patients, just so the uninsured can
The short answer to those questions is NO!
So what is the answer to getting our
government under control?
SHUT IT DOWN, and force Capitol Hill to
start representing the will of hard working
Americans! Yes it will be hard. Yes it will be
bitter, but the time has come to stop out of
control spending, at any cost!
Until next time..........
