U.S. Must Meet ISIS Threat Now
Like many of you,I have watched in horror,as ISIS radical terrorists, kill innocent civilians, and journalists in various parts of The Middle East, with a smug smile on their
collective faces. In their obvious delusion, they somehow think that they are justified in killing anyone, anywhere, because they believe their "cause" is just. This behavior is not out of line with this kind of sick twisted terrorist mentality.
So what should the U.S. do about this new ISIS threat? Well,
if you look at President Obama's strategy, we will defeat them with sanctions, and world condemnation. They somehow will beg for our forgiveness, if we freeze their assets, and
have useless meetings, that produce useless collective condemnation in writing for all the world to see. Really??
Does anyone really believe that this tactic will work???
Well, Mr. Putin, the Russian President, has certainly been shaken by all of the many sanctions The U.S. has levied at his country. He seems so afraid of these sanctions, that he has sent more troops, tanks, and equipment, to pro-Russian Separatists operating inside Eastern Ukraine, while publicly
denying all of it. Oh yes, I'm sure he is really scared of our sanctions.
The fact of the matter is, that ISIS like all the other Terrorist organizations who have come and gone before it, understand and respect only one thing; Superior Force that can and will stop them. That is all they respect. Superior force. The U.S. has that superior force. If given the order, the U.S. military will defeat ISIS, on the battlefield, then bring it's leadership to face justice for their unthinkable crimes. That is how you stop ISIS once and for all.
There is one obstacle in the way of the U.S. shutting down ISIS permanently. That obstacle is our current President Barack Obama. Our President you see, does not have the intestinal fortitude to tell ISIS that if they do not stand down immediately, we will take them out on a permanent basis.
He does not have the guts to show true leadership, by letting ISIS see the true might of the U.S. Military in action.
I agree that the use of military force is not the most pleasant way to persuade your enemy to stand down. However, when dealing with fanatic Terrorist Groups such as ISIS, the choices are limited. If we really want to stop the current ISIS threat, we must shut them down now! We must lead by example. We must show all of the world we ARE ready to act against any Terrorist group anywhere in the world! We must show decisive leadership and character in dealing with ISIS!
It is the only language that they understand.........
