
While there is a special place in hell for people who commit crimes against the disabled, I cannot agree with special laws regarding them because, in essence, you are criminalizing the thought processes of the perpetrator.
If we start criminalizing thought, how far will our government go with it? Will the Thought Police evolve into the Speech Police?
