Description: A chicken-que in memory of Sjanna P. Billings will be held July 17-18 at White Oak Springs Missionary Baptist Church The chicken-que is presented by the Winder-Barrow High School Class of 1991. Pre-sale tickets being honored Friday, July 17, are available for a donation of $7. Plates, provided by Albert Johnson, will have half a chicken, beans, slaw, bread and dessert. Pick-ups will being at 11 a.m. both days. Monetary donations may be sent to: White Oak Springs Missionary Baptist Church, P.O.
